| In August 2023 we received the visit of Brother Bruno (4th from the left) of Mount Saviour Monastery in Elmira NY, for a few days. Our two communities have been friends since the 1950s stemming from the friendship of our founders, our brother Leo Rudloff and Father Damasus Winzen |

| Beginning in mid-December 2023, the Green Mountain National Forest which abuts our Priory land began a forest management cutting to enhance animal habitats and promote healthy forest land. A side benefit for us was the renewed view of the mountains to the west of the Priory. |
