On June 8, 2025, we brothers were accompanied for the Pentecost Feast and our remembrance and burial of our brother John, by a large number of friends, including brother John's nieces (pictured here with the brothers), and Juanit (also pictured here) and her sisters of the Ixcot family, the Guatemalan refugee family who were in sanctuary with us for over 20 years.
Pentecost, the feast of Jesus continued presence among us through the Spirit, reminds us of the continued presence of our brother John among us as we journey "all together to everlasting life" (Rule of Benedict 72:12)
